How can I ensure scarf colours match?

Product colours may vary slightly in comparison to what displays on your screen. You may find the range stocked in your local school store to view and match colours. If not, suggest they do stock them. Alternatively place an order online and if colours are not matching return the scarf providing it is in its original condition and packaging for a refund. Return postage to be paid by customer.

Am I able to return my scarf?

Yes, within 20 days of yor parcel being shipped. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
