Returns Policy.

If you’re not entirely happy with your purchase please return it within 20 days, starting from the date your parcel was shipped, for a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging.

Non-returnable items: * Gift cards * Sale items * Downloadable software products


There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Product with obvious signs of use
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 20 days after the fulfillment date.

Please submit your return request in the returns portal below.

Any returns received without a prior return request will not be refunded.


Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at shop@kokomonde.com.au.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

If your item is damaged please email shop@kokomonde.com.au and we will provide a replacement asap

If you made the wrong selection and would like to exchange it for another design, please return your item in its original condition and packaging, and we will provide you with a store credit to purchase the correct scarf.

Shipping

Please note, shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
You will also be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.

Wholesale Return Policy


We offer all wholesale orders, an extended returns policy of 180 days from the purchase date, for scarves that you wish to be refunded. This excludes sale items and any item that is damaged or not in its original condition.

To be eligible for the above, the following conditions must be met:

* Scarf is in original/unused condition

* Scarf is in original packaging

* Provide a return summary (including a copy of the Koko invoice) Prior to posting the return.

Please note, return postage is payable by Campus & Co and a restocking fee of $10/scarf will also apply.
